FRIDAY NIGHT RACING

Friday night racing is an opportunity for all club members to come together at Oakhill College pool and race. Friday night racing is a great way to improve on PBs and get immediate feedback from the coaches who are on pool deck. Races generally occur every 2 weeks and each swimmer may enter up to 3 races per night.

Introducing the New Norwest Swimming Club App

This season we are excited to introduce the new Norwest Swimming Club App — your central place to keep track of your swimming journey with the club.

The app brings together a range of features designed to make club participation more engaging and easier to follow:

🏆 Trophy Case & Badges – earn digital badges and trophies by completing challenges and achieving milestones.

⏱️ Personal Bests – keep track of your PBs across strokes and distances, with short-course and long-course performances recorded separately.

⭐ Favourite Events – mark events you want to keep an eye on and receive notifications when you achieve a new PB.

Setting up the App is easy

Access the Norwest Swimming Club App here
Setup an account using the same email address that you use for Swim Central
Give other family members access by setting up additional email addresses in the app

Our swimmers are encouraged to become full club members and participate in external meets as they progress their competitive swimming journey

IMPORTANT CLUB NIGHT INFORMATION

Entries must be submitted Wednesday prior before 11:59pm.
Entries limited to 3 swims per swimmer.
If entered the longer distance, and the progression standard hasn’t been met at a club night, you will be moved back down to the lower distance.
Cost $2 per event.
Swimmers cannot enter 25m, 50m and 100m of the same stroke.
Online entries via Swim Central. No Manual Entries - No Late Entries.
Parents will be required to volunteer to ensure the night can run smoothly.
Swimmers must be supervised by a parent while at Club Night.
